Tax News Dutch Caribbean Tax News Dutch Caribbean: Proposed future tax system in the BES-islands - December 2009 KPMG Tax & Legal Services has published a new Tax News Dutch Caribbean issue. This publication describes the proposed future tax system in the BES-islands. More specifically it examines the BES Tax bill. This bill is expected to be treated by the Dutch Parliament in the spring of 2010. Although it is uncertain whether the bill in its current form will be adopted, we like to inform you already at this stage. An English version will be available soon.
